Shipping: These items are perishable and take extra care and attention when shipping. To ensure a flawless shipping experience, we ship in a foil bag, dry ice or gel pack(s)
Upon Arrival: the cake jar should arrive at room temp, NOT COLD. The dry ice should have dissipated and gel pack warm to the touch. Please freeze immediately upon delivery.
Cake Jars are good for 2 months frozen; each container comes with a sell by date as well as a tamper proof seal.
